Note from the vehicle owner
* A request can be cancelled free of charge as long as it hasn't be approved. Once approved, the request becomes a firm booking and the standard cancellation fees apply
* If we're unable to find a vehicle for a particular request, a close alternative may be confirmed automatically in order to secure booking. This alternative can be cancelled for free if it turns out to be unsuitable
* A Young Driver Surcharge is applicable to drivers under the age of 25

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- What is a request?
- A request is a vehicle availability request and not a full booking. There is no guarantee that a vehicle will be available. The request will either be accepted by the car rental company or will expire by the confirmation deadline you indicate. Please do not contact us to ask if a car is available as there is no way for us to know. Please do not place more than one request for any given trip.
- Why does this rental only cost £1?
- You are doing a favour to the vehicle owner who needs to move the vehicle.
- What is not included in my rental?
- For £1 you can rent the vehicle for 24 hours (more if option exists) with mileage to spare and comprehensive insurance. Only mileage expenses are your responsibility (fuel & tolls).
- Can I make a detour?
- Yes, you have plenty of extra miles for a detour as part of your rental.
- Can I carpool?
- Yes, you can offer your empty seats on carpooling platforms to share the mileage expenses (fuel & tolls).
