What is Waiting Time?

Waiting time are where there is a delay with being able to complete a movement that can be charged back to the client.

These are issues within in the client’s control that could be avoided

• Payment delays
• Vehicle not prepared for collection
• Vehicle unable to be located etc.

Waiting time is not paid for items that are outside of their control or related to completing the movement

• Traffic
• Completing checks
• Answering further questions
