* A request can be cancelled free of charge as long as it hasn't be approved. Once approved, the request becomes a firm booking and the standard cancellation fees apply
* If we're unable to find a vehicle for a particular request, a close alternative may be confirmed automatically in order to secure booking. This alternative can be cancelled for free if it turns out to be unsuitable

- Yes, you have extra miles for a detour during your 24 hour rental.
- Can I carpool?
- Yes, you can offer your empty seats on carpooling platforms to share the mileage expenses (fuel & tolls).
